A man was injured in a shooting incident on a bustling street in the UK, leading to the arrest of three individuals, as confirmed by the police.
The altercation took place close to the intersection of Stratford Road and Durham Road in Sparkhill, Birmingham, just before 7:30 pm on Saturday, December 27. The victim sustained minor injuries from flying fragments, and a vehicle was also impacted.
Social media footage displayed numerous police vehicles at the location, with law enforcement cordoning off Durham Road at its connection with Stratford Road. Officers from West Midlands Police swiftly responded to the scene, where several men attempted to flee.
Authorities seized a quantity of cannabis, cash, and apprehended suspects involved in drug dealing. Three suspects, aged 23, 25, and 27, were taken into custody on suspicion of drug possession with intent to distribute, according to Birmingham Live.
