The incident occurred on October 28 when officers attempted to intercept a Mercedes in Pinehurst. The pursuit resulted in the vehicle colliding with a metal fence after failing to stop. Wiltshire was also ordered to undergo rehabilitation activities, pay fines, and face a driving ban.
According to Wiltshire Police, the reckless driving behavior exhibited by Wiltshire during the pursuit posed a serious risk to public safety. The vehicle drove at high speeds, causing damage to property and endangering pedestrians. Fortunately, no injuries were reported from the incident.
