The Warm Home Discount offers a £150 reduction on your electricity bill, applied directly to your energy account or provided as vouchers for prepayment customers.
To qualify for the Warm Home Discount, you must have been receiving specific benefits on August 24. In England and Wales, automatic application applies if you were claiming these benefits. However, in Scotland, only those receiving the Guarantee Credit element of Pension Credit receive automatic payment; others must apply manually through their energy supplier. There is no Warm Home Discount scheme in Northern Ireland.
