The Toronto Raptors are set to kick off the upcoming NBA season at their home court for the 14th time in the last 15 years. The NBA officially unveiled the complete schedule for the 2026-27 season, with the Raptors’ first game scheduled for October 21 against the Chicago Bulls at the Scotiabank Arena. Following this, the team will hit the road for their next game against the Washington Wizards just two days later.
Key matchups for the Raptors at home include consecutive games against the reigning champions, the New York Knicks, on November 15 and 17. Additionally, fans can anticipate a showdown with Victor Wembanyama’s San Antonio Spurs on December 10 and a clash against Canadian star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and the Oklahoma City Thunder on March 10.
January will be a busy month for the Raptors, with a total of 17 games on the schedule, including a six-game stretch at home. Throughout the season, the team is slated to play 15 back-to-back games, with seven of them requiring no travel. The NBA has announced 80 out of Toronto’s 82 games, with the remaining two to be scheduled post the group stage of the in-season NBA Cup tournament.
Unfortunately, the Raptors have once again been excluded from the high-profile Christmas Day lineup. The team last played on December 25 in 2019 when they were the reigning NBA champions.
