“19-Year-Old Woman Missing After Christmas Eve Walk”

Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 19-year-old woman who disappeared while out for a walk on Christmas Eve. Camila Mendoza Olmos was last spotted before 7 am on Christmas Eve after departing her residence in northwest Bexar County, Texas, on the outskirts of San Antonio, according to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.

Standing at 5 feet 4 inches and weighing around 110 pounds, Camila was dressed in a baby blue and black hoodie, baby blue pajama bottoms, and white shoes when she was last seen. It is believed she had her car keys and possibly her driver’s license with her.

Despite efforts by family and friends to search the area near her home on Christmas Day, there were no clues found regarding the whereabouts of the missing teenager.

Camila’s aunt, Nancy Olmos, made an emotional plea online, urging the public to share any information and pray for Camila’s safe return. She emphasized Camila’s recent baptism and strong religious beliefs, stating, “She loves God with all her heart, and we are desperately searching for her.”

A spokesperson from the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office shared on their Facebook page that Camila was last seen leaving her home at around 6:58 am on December 24, 2025. Security footage captured an unidentified individual, believed to be Camila, searching inside her vehicle before disappearing from view. It is suspected that she left on foot as her vehicle remained at the scene.

Only her car key and potentially her driver’s license were known to be in her possession. Camila’s mother raised concerns when she did not return from her usual morning walk.

If you have any information about Camila’s whereabouts, please contact the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office at (210) 335-6000 or reach out to the BCSO Missing Persons Unit via missingpersons@bexar.org.ok.
