The upgrade will target users still using the older Hub 3 and Hub 4 devices, offering them improved performance with the new Hub 5. Eligible customers will be contacted by email in the coming weeks and months as the upgrade is gradually rolled out throughout 2026. The Hub 5, equipped with Wi-Fi 6 technology and seven internal antennas, aims to provide stronger and more consistent coverage within homes.
