“Sky TV Unveils Ultimate Plan: Free Disney+ & More!”

Sky TV customers are in for a treat as some have received a complimentary upgrade to include full access to Disney+ in their current subscription. This added benefit, valued at £5.99, is part of the new Sky Ultimate plan, offering access to popular content from Pixar, Star Wars, Disney, and Marvel at no extra cost.

The enhanced package doesn’t end there, as Sky is set to introduce HBO Max Basic and Hayu to its lineup. Integration across Sky Glass, Sky Stream, and Sky Q will allow for a seamless viewing experience with Disney+ content integrated into features like Continue Watching, search, and voice control.

Additionally, Sky Cinema subscribers will now have access to a dedicated Disney+ Cinema channel. For those not yet with Sky, the new Sky Ultimate package is open to all UK homes starting at £24 per month.

The £24 plan includes Netflix Standard with Ads, Disney+ Standard with Ads, HBO Max Basic with Ads (launching on March 26 in the UK & Ireland), Hayu (full access from July), and over 130 Sky channels.

Sky’s Chief Consumer Officer, Sophia Ahmad, emphasized the update as a significant advancement, consolidating Sky, Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, and Hayu into one subscription for a more integrated viewing experience. Existing customers will benefit from the expanded lineup at no additional cost, and NOW Entertainment users will receive HBO Max within the app without extra charges.

Sky aims to simplify streaming and provide a more unified viewing experience with these changes, continuing its efforts to enhance the viewer experience.
