“Intense Fire Breaks Out at Tesco Car Park in Cornwall”

A significant fire erupted at a Tesco car park, prompting a swift response from firefighters. Photographs depict intense flames consuming a vehicle at the supermarket in Camborne, Cornwall on Boxing Day.

An eyewitness shared that they were enjoying Christmas dinner with their family when they noticed the smoke. They mentioned that the police arrived first, followed by a fire unit and an ambulance, and fortunately, there were no apparent injuries.

Firefighters, as shown in the striking images, diligently worked to put out the fire. Thankfully, no injuries were reported from the incident that commenced around 3 pm. The cause of the fire remains unknown at this point.

According to a statement from Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service, a fire appliance from Tolvaddon Community Fire Station responded to a car fire on Wesley Street, Camborne. Firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus utilized a hose reel to extinguish the blaze by 1545hrs.
