Samsung has officially announced that its upcoming Galaxy S series smartphones will be revealed later this month at the Galaxy Unpacked event in San Francisco on February 25. The new lineup is expected to include the standard S26, S26 Plus, and S26 Ultra models. The event will be live-streamed on the Samsung website starting at 6pm GMT for viewers worldwide.
Ahead of the launch, Samsung is offering special perks to those who register in advance. Fans who sign up can receive a £30 voucher for Galaxy ecosystem products, double storage upon pre-ordering a new phone, and a chance to win one of 10 £500 Samsung vouchers.
Samsung emphasized that the new Galaxy S series is focused on enhancing everyday experiences through integrated Artificial Intelligence (AI) features. The company described the upcoming smartphones as designed to streamline daily interactions, boost confidence, and seamlessly integrate Galaxy AI from the moment users get their hands on the devices.
Retailers are already preparing for the launch by offering discounts on the current Galaxy S25 range. Sky Mobile, for instance, has reduced the monthly cost of the S25 Ultra from £43 to £31, saving customers £432. However, customers should note that a 36-month contract is required for these prices, with a £12 upfront fee and a basic 100MB data allowance.
Amazon is also running a promotion where customers can get 20% off the standard S25 and S25 Ultra models when purchasing outright. Select models have seen price drops to £639.20 and £999.20, respectively, with savings of almost £250. This deal is available until February 24 or while stocks last.
