“£50 Million Offer: Darts Pro Luke Littler Considers ‘I’m a Celeb’ Stint”

Luke Littler humorously mentioned that he might entertain the idea of participating in the I’m a Celebrity jungle for a staggering £50 million, even though the current season has deterred his interest.

The 18-year-old darts prodigy has been closely following this year’s show to support his friend, Angry Ginge. Speculation arose about Littler joining the show due to Ginge’s involvement, with Littler expressing his potential interest if the financial offer was right.

When questioned about a possible appearance, Littler commented, “Perhaps, if the price is attractive. I could consider a brief stint.” However, he has since elaborated on the substantial sum required for him to consider the opportunity but now appears less enthusiastic about joining the show alongside Ant and Dec.

During an interview with talkSPORT, Littler revealed, “I initially mentioned I would participate if the compensation was sufficient, but after witnessing the challenges, I have reconsidered. It’s not something I could easily do.” When asked if he would reconsider for £10 million, he declined, but when the amount was raised to £50 million, he responded with a tentative “maybe.”

He cited concerns about facing challenges involving snakes and similar obstacles as reasons for his hesitance. Despite Littler’s contemplation about the show, he humorously remarked that flying over to participate was unlikely.

While Angry Ginge prepares for upcoming trials, Littler gears up to defend his title at the PDC World Darts Championship starting next month at Ally Pally. As the reigning world champion and newly crowned world No. 1 in darts, Littler aims to follow in Gary Anderson’s footsteps by retaining the Sid Waddell trophy, commencing with a match against Darius Labanauskas on December 11.
