Trump Defiantly Rejects Exercise and Doctor’s Advice

In a recent revealing interview, Donald Trump has openly defied his doctor’s advice by dismissing exercise as “boring.” The US President expressed his disinterest in physical activity, stating that activities like walking or running on a treadmill for extended periods are simply not to his liking.

Additionally, Trump disclosed that he opts for a higher dosage of aspirin than recommended by his physician, Navy Capt. Sean Barbabella. While the doctor suggests a smaller dose, Trump insists on taking 325 milligrams daily, a habit he has maintained for over two decades despite the side effect of bruising.

Trump briefly experimented with compression socks to alleviate swelling in his ankles but discontinued their use due to personal preference. He attributes his ability to combat health issues to his “good genetics,” emphasizing his reliance on natural factors rather than medical interventions.

Regarding the aspirin dosage, Trump explained that he prefers thinning his blood to prevent any cardiac issues, emphasizing the importance of maintaining good blood flow. Despite facing reports of drowsiness at White House events, Trump denied these claims, asserting that he does not encounter hearing difficulties but did admit to using makeup to conceal hand bruises.

Addressing concerns about his health and cognitive abilities, Trump defended himself against perceived criticisms, highlighting his recent successful performance on a cognitive examination. He refuted allegations of slowing down or diminished sharpness, attributing such claims to misinformation and fake reports aimed at tarnishing his reputation.

Despite ongoing scrutiny, Trump remains steadfast in his commitment to maintaining his health and cognitive acuity, dismissing unfounded criticisms as attempts to undermine his presidency.
