A man has been taken into custody following an incident where a vehicle reportedly rammed into a group of people waiting at a bus stop. The arrest of a 32-year-old individual from Azerbaijan took place in Giessen, Germany after the car collided with a crowd, following an initial impact with two other vehicles.
The occurrence resulted in three individuals sustaining injuries, with one in critical condition. According to the police report, the Audi driver crashed into a bus stop around 4:30 pm, causing injuries to three individuals, one of whom suffered severe harm. It is believed that the 32-year-old driver was traveling on Westanlage towards Südanlage, where the initial collision with two other cars occurred. Subsequently, the driver proceeded towards Goethestraße and struck pedestrians at a bus stop before being apprehended by law enforcement on Johannesstraße.
